Soul State Wellness was founded by Cindy, a guide and practitioner dedicated to helping women reconnect with themselves in gentle, lasting ways. With a background in somatic practices and a deep belief in the body’s wisdom, Cindy brings compassion, calm, and intentional care to every session. Her work is rooted in creating safety, slowing down, and holding space for real transformation.
